Order Cancellation
1.Enjoy hassle-free cancellations within the first 12 hours of your order placement at no charge.2.For cancellations made within 24 hours, a modest 10% fee will apply.
3.Ifyou decide to cancel within 72 hours, a 30% fee will be incurred to cover the initial design work that has commenced.
4.Once production and shipping are underway, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items are crafted to your specific requirements, making them unique and not suitable for resale. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Refunds Policy
After verification and approval, we will issue a refund or provide store credit, deducting a 30% restocking fee.
Once an agreement is reached, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. The refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Return and Exchange Process

2. Complete the return and exchange application form, providing your order number, product name, reason for return or exchange, and contact details.
We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship. If you receive a product that does not match your specifications or is damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue. Please provide a comprehensive written explanation of the issue, along with clear photos that detail the discrepancy or damage. In these cases, we will offer a partial refund as compensation.

Special Tips
1.Our materials, such as wood, exhibit natural features including knots, cracks, grain, and color variations. These attributes enhance the unique appeal of each piece of furniture. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of these natural imperfections.
2.Our furniture, made from natural materials such as wood, may experience minor changes due to environmental conditions. Despite using premium materials and construction techniques to minimize these effects, slight adjustments or warping could happen as a result of humidity or temperature variations. These are inherent traits of natural materials and are not considered defects; thus, they are not included in our return policy.
Processing Marks
Slight marks or indentations may result from the manufacturing process. These are considered normal and do not impact the functionality of the furniture. Such marks are not eligible for returns or exchanges under our policy.
