Warranty Period

The company provides a limited warranty on the wooden tables sold for 1 year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"), which covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not include damage caused by normal wear, improper use, accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized repairs or modifications.

 

Warranty Scope

(1) Material defects: During the warranty period, if the resin table appears resin cracking, peeling, discoloration, wood decay, moth, deformation and other damage caused by the quality of the material itself, the company will be responsible for free maintenance or replacement of parts.

(2)Process defects: If the manufacturing process is not good, such as poor stitching, uneven surface, paint blistering or peeling problems, the company will assume the responsibility for repair, to ensure that the product meets the normal use standards.

 

Customer Responsibility

(1)The customer shall properly use and maintain the resin wood table according to the use and maintenance guide in the product manual, including but not limited to avoiding long-term exposure to direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environment, using appropriate cleaning agents and cleaning tools for daily cleaning, avoiding placing overweight items and sharp and rough objects in direct contact with the table, etc.

(2)After finding a problem with the product, the customer shall immediately stop using the product, and contact the customer service department of the company within the warranty period to provide the purchase voucher (such as invoice, order screenshot, etc.) and the problem description in order to arrange maintenance services.

Maintenance and Replacement Process

(1)After the customer makes the warranty application, the company will contact the customer within one working day to verify the problem and guide the customer to take necessary temporary protection measures.

(2)According to the specific circumstances, the company will arrange professional and technical personnel for on-site inspection (if applicable), or ask customers to send the product to the designated maintenance center. For problems that can be repaired on site, technicians will complete the repair within a reasonable time; For the need to replace parts or return to the factory for repair, the company will bear the transportation costs, and after the repair is completed, the product will be returned to the customer in a timely manner to ensure the normal use of the customer's rights and interests. 

(3)If the inspection determines that the product problem does not fall within the scope of warranty, the company will explain the reason in detail to the customer, and provide a paid repair service quote, the customer can decide whether to accept the repair service.

 

Warranty Restrictions

(1)This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to a third party.

(2) If the product has suffered intentional damage, force majeure events, the use of the environment does not meet the requirements, unauthorized maintenance or modification, the company has the right to refuse to provide warranty services, but can provide charging maintenance services as appropriate.

(3)This warranty does not cover normal wear conditions such as surface scratches, stains, slight deformation caused by improper use of the customer, as well as natural aging phenomena caused by the passage of time, such as the natural darkening of the color of the wood.

 

Special Statement

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the company regarding the quality assurance of the table, superseding all prior oral or written agreements, undertakings and warranties. The company reserves the right to modify and interpret the warranty terms, but will notify the customer of any material changes in advance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental or special losses (such as loss of business profits, loss of data, inconvenience, etc.) caused by product quality problems.
