Buying Guide
Step 1
Please choose your favorite table to purchase, or design your unique one. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@treasuretable.com.
Step 2
After we receive the order, our experienced designers will start to design CAD drawings according to your requirements.Once the drawing is complete, we will send it to you. You need to confirm whether each part of the drawing meets your expectations. If you have any ideas, please let us know and we will modify the drawing until you are satisfied
Step 3
Once you give your consent to the final drawing, we'll commence the production process. Our highly proficient and careful artisans will devote all their expertise and passion to every detail of the table. We'll employ the best materials and the most accurate techniques to guarantee that the final product is truly a masterpiece.
Step 4
After the table is completed, we will send you the picture of the finished product. Once you are satisfied with the finished table, we will start packaging and shipping to ensure it can be safely delivered.
Step 5
Once your package is shipped, we will offer you a tracking number and continuously update you on the logistics status. This way, you can monitor the progress of your table at every stage.

We accept returns of products with quality problems, please contact us at support@teasuretabletop if you have any questions
We agree to offer a free cancellation service under the following conditions: Customers are required to provide reasonable and legitimate reasons and submit a request to cancel the order within 6 hours after placing the order.
If the order is cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order, a 10% fee will be charged.
If the order is cancelled within 72 hours after placing the order, a 30% cancellation fee will be levied.
It should be specifically noted that since our furniture is custom-made for each order, order cancellation will have a significant negative impact on the resale of the products. Therefore, once the furniture has entered the delivery process or production has already started, the order cannot be cancelled any longer.
Shipping
For customized products, the standard transportation process from your order confirmation to delivery usually takes 45 to 55 working days. Among them, the order processing stage takes approximately 40 to 48 working days, and the delivery stage takes about 5 to 7 working days.
